Caring for someone is a team effort
CareCircle keeps a family's care work in one place — medications and doses, symptoms and vitals, appointments, documents and shift handovers — so everyone looking after the same person is working from the same page.
CareCircle is an organisational tool, not a medical one. It gives no medical advice, monitors nobody, and cannot call for help. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
- Privacy Policy What we collect, who can see it, and how to export or delete it.
- Terms of Service The agreement for using CareCircle, including subscriptions.
- Support Common questions, and how to reach a human.
What it does
- Medications — schedules, reminders, and a log of what was actually given, by whom.
- Care records — symptoms, vital signs, meals, sleep, mood and daily notes.
- Schedule — appointments and tasks, shared across the family.
- Handovers — a structured summary when one caregiver takes over from another.
- Documents — prescriptions and letters, kept where everyone can find them.
- Emergency profile — conditions, allergies and contacts, ready when asked for.
It works offline and syncs when you reconnect, because care does not stop when the signal does. Available in English and Nepali.
How your data is handled
- Visible to your care circle and nobody else. Never sold, never used for advertising.
- Never used to train AI models. AI assistance is off by default and only sends text you select.
- Export everything, or delete your account, from inside the app.
- Stored in the United Kingdom, protected by access rules enforced at the database itself.
The Privacy Policy spells all of this out, including the one thing that surprises people: deleting your account removes your name from the care records you wrote, but keeps the records themselves for the family who depends on them.
